Terms of study
These terms cover lessons, materials, and visits at Synap Parallax Co., Ltd. By booking a seat or sitting a lesson, you accept them. They apply to in-person chart study at the Ulsan studio.
The studio
Synap Parallax Co., Ltd., established in 2014, teaches technical analysis training in chart pattern recognition at 61 Seongwoon-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan, 44682. You can reach us at info@synapparallax.click or 052-260-3317.
Lessons and bookings
A booking is a reservation of time and a place at the table. It becomes firm when we confirm it in writing and, for the Recognition Circle, when the deposit is agreed. Posted fees are described on the rates page. A custom estimate, once you accept it by reply, replaces the posted fee for that engagement.
Lesson descriptions explain what the time includes. Recognition practice, sketching, and naming are the work. Decisions to buy or sell an instrument stay with you, outside the studio. Materials and commentary are educational study of chart structure.
Materials and intellectual property
Printed chart packs, pattern sheets, and the sequence of the naming table belong to the studio. You may keep your own sketches and the pack issued to you for personal study. You may not copy the pack for a class of your own, sell it, or present it as your teaching material. Your notes, in your handwriting, are yours.
The studio name, the text on this website, and our photographs are ours. You may share a link to a journal note. Please ask before reproducing a page.
Conduct
The room is for adults. Phones stay away during a silent sketch. Treat other students’ charts as private. We may refuse a seat, or end a visit, if someone disrupts the table, pressures another student about a trade, or ignores a reasonable request from the tutor. Fees in that case follow the refund page, with evenings already held counted as delivered.
Fees
Fees are in Korean won. The circle deposit holds one of twelve seats. Other lessons are paid at the desk before charts are turned over unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Late arrival after the silent sketch does not extend the evening.
Liability
Chart patterns are descriptions of price drawings. They can fail, and a careful name can still be followed by a move you did not expect. To the extent Korean law allows, our responsibility for a lesson is limited to the fee you paid for that lesson. We are not liable for trading losses, missed travel connections, or decisions you make after you leave Seongwoon-ro. Nothing here limits liability that Korean law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Ulsan have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule gives you a different forum.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were posted when we confirmed it, unless a change is required by law.
