When a fee comes back, and when an evening has already been taught.

Recognition Circle

Cancel 14 or more days before the first Tuesday and we return the full fee, including the ₩150,000 deposit. Cancel between 7 and 13 days before the first Tuesday and we keep the deposit, then return anything you have paid above it. Inside 7 days of the first Tuesday, the deposit stays with the studio.

Once evening one has been held, that evening and any later evening already taught are delivered work and are not refunded. Each evening is counted as ₩87,000 of the ₩520,000 fee. Remaining evenings can be refunded if you tell us before 12:00 on that Tuesday. A no-show is treated as an evening already held. We will transfer a remaining seat to another person once, if you ask before the next Tuesday and they can take the rest of the circle.

Sittings, mornings, and the Thursday evening

For a single-chart sitting, notice at least 48 hours ahead returns the full ₩140,000. Inside 48 hours the fee is kept. We reschedule once without a new fee when we are the reason the hour cannot happen.

For a Pattern Sketch Morning or a Failed-Pattern Evening, notice before 12:00 on the previous day returns the fee. Later cancellation or a no-show keeps the fee. One reschedule is available when you give that previous-day notice and another date is on the board.

If we cancel

If the studio cancels a lesson, you choose a full refund or a later date. We say so by email or telephone as soon as we know.

Materials

A chart pack that has left the studio with you is not refunded. The pack inside the circle fee stays yours even if you leave mid-circle; we do not add a separate charge for it, and we do not refund it as unused stock. An extra pack you bought for ₩25,000 is refundable only if it is still sealed at the desk.

Deposits and work already started

The circle deposit is a hold on a seat and on printing time. It follows the timing rules above. Evenings already taught, a sitting already begun, and a morning whose silent hour has started count as work underway. We do not refund that portion. We can still refund untouched later dates when the notice rules are met.

How a refund is paid

Tell us the lesson, the date, and the name on the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm the amount. If the original method cannot receive it, we agree a bank transfer with you in writing.

Exceptions

Illness with a short note, or a transport stoppage that keeps you from Nam-gu, can move a single sitting or a one-evening lesson to a later date even inside the usual window. The six-evening circle can pause one Tuesday and add it at the end if the rest of the room agrees; if it does not, the missed Tuesday follows the per-evening rule. We handle these one by one, in writing, against the lesson you booked.
