Privacy questions go to info@synapparallax.click or 052-260-3317. Write to the studio address if you prefer paper. We respond within two working days, the same window as lesson mail, and faster when the request is a deletion you need before a class list is printed.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the lesson you are considering, an optional pattern, an optional preferred date, and a message. If you telephone, we may note the number you called from and the lesson you asked about. Payment records include the amount, the lesson, and the name on the transfer. We do not ask for resident registration numbers, account passwords, or a list of your positions.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer you, hold a seat, print a chart you sent, take payment, and keep ordinary commercial books. The legal bases we rely on are your request before a contract, the contract for a booked lesson, and our legitimate interest in running a small studio — for example, knowing which Tuesdays you can attend. Where Korean law asks for consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.

Retention

Messages that never become a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking notes and payment records are kept for five years to meet commercial bookkeeping practice in Korea. Chart files you sent for printing are deleted within 90 days after the lesson unless you ask us to keep a copy for a later sitting. Consent records for this website’s cookie notice stay in your browser, not on our server.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with a bank or payment handler when you pay, with an accountant when the books require it, and with a printer only in the sense that we print charts ourselves at the studio. If the law requires a disclosure, we limit it to what the request covers.

International transfers

Inquiry records and booking notes are kept in Korea. Email that reaches us may pass through a provider whose servers are outside Korea; that transfer is limited to delivering the message. Typefaces on this website are requested from Google, which receives the IP address and browser data needed to serve the font files. We do not send your lesson notes to that request. If a transfer needs a safeguard under the Personal Information Protection Act, we use the contractual or consent route the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and you may ask us to stop certain uses. We may need to keep payment records for the bookkeeping period even after a deletion request. You may also contact the Personal Information Protection Commission. We will not make a lesson conditional on extra data we do not need in order to seat you.
