Single-Chart Sitting
A private hour at the studio for a single printed chart. Useful when one pattern has been bothering you for weeks.

- 60 minutes, booked on weekdays between 11:00 and 18:00

People book a sitting when a chart has become a private argument. The hour is deliberately narrow. We would rather finish one double bottom honestly than tour a whole watchlist.
If you have not studied patterns with us before, the sitting still works. We will slow down and name the parts — peak, trough, neckline, pole — before we accept a label.
Who it is for
Someone with one daily chart and a name they are no longer sure about. Pairs can come together if both of you will look at that same sheet.
What you leave with
The chart goes home with pencil lines: the points that support the name, and the line that would make the name wrong.

- An ongoing correspondence after you leave

How the time runs
- You say, briefly, what you think you see.
- The tutor asks for the points before accepting the name.
- You both draw. Disagreement stays on the paper.
- The last ten minutes are for the line that would invalidate the name.
Before you come
Send the chart the day before so we can print it large. Tell us the name you have been using, if you have one. You do not need a write-up.
Limits
One chart. If the hour shows that the sheet is several patterns stacked together, we mark the first structure only and you can book another sitting. We do not tell you whether to buy or sell.
